What does it mean to advocate? It’s a power that we all have. It’s standing up for others and what you believe in your heart. It can be championing a cause, or simply not being silent. Living united means finding your voice and joining it with others. Change is possible. United, we will be heard.
Here are some ways you can become an advocate for United Way:
Tell us your story. We want to know how United Way's programs and services have impacted you and your family. We are collecting stories from throughout the county and will feature your stories on our website and upcoming quarterly newsletters.
Tell your friends about your involvement with United Way and encourage them to get involved too.
Sign up for our newsletter and keep up to date on issues affecting our community. And when you’re done reading, be sure to pass it on!
